Structural Repair & Rehabilitation
Restore Strength. Extend Service Life.
Strengthen aged, damaged or distressed structures.
Cracks, spalling concrete, corroded reinforcement and weakened members can compromise the safety of any building. Danchem carries out structural repair and rehabilitation using modern techniques — crack injection, micro-concreting, jacketing, grouting and anti-corrosion treatment — to restore load capacity and extend the life of the structure.

Every part of the job, covered.
Crack Repair
Epoxy injection and polymer-modified mortars that seal cracks and restore structural continuity.
Concrete Jacketing
Strengthening of weakened columns and beams with additional reinforcement and micro-concrete jackets.
Micro-Concreting
High-strength, self-compacting concrete for repair of damaged slabs, columns and beams.
Cement & Epoxy Grouting
Fills voids and honeycombs, anchors machinery, and reinforces foundations with high-strength grouts.
Anti-Corrosion Treatment
Rust removal, passivation and protective coating for exposed and corroded reinforcement bars.
Expansion & Construction Joints
Repair and re-treatment of failed joints so they can move safely without leakage or damage.
Sealant Installation
High-performance sealants that seal gaps against water, air and dust while allowing structural movement.
Load-Restoration Assessment
Post-repair evaluation and reporting so you have documented proof of the restored structural integrity.
How we deliver.

Trained crews execute the work with quality-checked materials, safety protocols and daily supervision.
Handover & Warranty
Final inspection, walkthrough and written warranty on workmanship so you have peace of mind long after we leave.
Built on engineering, not shortcuts.
We combine trained crews, tested materials and transparent processes so you get work that lasts — and documentation you can rely on.
- Qualified structural engineers assess before any repair begins.
- Modern repair chemistry — not just cement patching.
- Non-destructive testing where required, so the diagnosis is real.
- Documentation and photos of every stage — audit-ready.
Frequently asked.
How do I know if my building needs structural repair?
Visible signs include diagonal wall cracks, spalling concrete with rusted bars, sagging slabs, and water leakage that keeps coming back. A structural assessment tells you for sure.
Is structural repair cheaper than rebuilding?
In the vast majority of cases yes — often 20–40% of the cost of demolition and reconstruction, and you don't lose the use of the building.
How long does structural repair take?
It depends on scope. Repairing a few columns can take 2–3 weeks; whole-building rehabilitation can take 2–4 months.
Will the repaired portion be as strong as new?
Correctly done structural repair restores the original design load capacity. In some cases (jacketing, additional reinforcement) the repaired member is stronger than the original.
