Restore strength, safety and appearance of aging houses.
Old houses develop cracks, damp patches, weakened plaster, leaking roofs and tired finishes. Danchem carries out a full condition survey, treats the underlying causes — not just the symptoms — and restores the structure using modern repair materials so your home is safe, dry and comfortable for another generation.

Every part of the job, covered.
Condition Survey
A detailed visual and non-destructive assessment of walls, roof, plumbing and structure to identify every issue.
Crack Repair
Structural and non-structural cracks sealed with epoxy injection or polymer-modified mortars that restore strength.
Roof Leakage Treatment
Identify the true source of leakage and treat it with proven waterproofing systems — not a temporary patch.
Damp & Seepage Removal
Address rising damp and lateral seepage in walls with chemical treatments and breathable plasters.
Plaster & Wall Renewal
Chip out weak plaster, re-plaster with fresh cement mortar and prepare walls for painting or finishing.
Plumbing & Electrical Overhaul
Replace corroded pipes and outdated wiring with modern, safe systems where required.
Roof & Slab Strengthening
Where the slab is weak or leaking, we strengthen with micro-concreting, jacketing or a fresh overlay.
Repainting & Finishing
Interior and exterior painting with primer and weather-resistant paints so the house looks new again.

Built on engineering, not shortcuts.
We combine trained crews, tested materials and transparent processes so you get work that lasts — and documentation you can rely on.
- We treat causes, not just symptoms — leakage returns when only patched.
- Materials chosen for old construction (breathable, low-shrinkage).
- Minimal disturbance to occupants — phased work where possible.
- Written scope so you know exactly what is being repaired and why.
Frequently asked.
Is my old house safe to keep living in during repairs?
In most cases yes. We phase the work room-by-room and use dust-control measures so families can continue to stay. For heavy structural work we advise temporary shifting of the affected area only.
You told me the cracks are non-structural — how do I know?
We share our assessment in writing with photos, explain what kind of crack it is (settlement, plaster shrinkage, thermal, structural), and only recommend structural strengthening when it is genuinely needed.
Can you fix leakage without breaking the whole roof?
Very often yes. Modern liquid-applied membranes, crack sealants and injection grouting let us stop leakage without demolishing the slab in most cases.
Do you handle very old (50+ years) houses?
Yes. Older homes need extra care with lime plaster, breathable coatings and gentle structural intervention — we have experience working on both traditional and RCC structures.
