Do you handle building plan approval and drawings?
Yes. We coordinate with architects and local municipal authorities for sanctioned drawings and approvals wherever required.
What kind of contract do you offer?
We offer both labour-only and turnkey (labour + material) contracts. Turnkey is most popular because you get a single fixed price and a single point of accountability.
How long does a typical house take to complete?
A ground-floor independent house of about 1,000 sq. ft. typically takes 5–7 months. A G+1 or G+2 takes 8–14 months depending on scope and finishing.
Do you provide any warranty on construction?
Yes. We provide a written warranty on workmanship, and pass on manufacturer warranties for materials used (steel, cement, waterproofing systems, fittings).
